NOVICE AV RETRIEVER FIELD TRIAL 10TH SEPTEMBER 2025
We held our Novice A.V Retriever Field Trial on 10th Sept 2025 at Hawstead Farm, Hursley, Winchester with kind permission of Dan Gradidge.
The Judges were Jason Mayhew, Matt Gould, Angie Townsend and Keith Townsend.
Mary Hogg was dog steward. Our own team of guns were led by Oliver Ringsby Burgess. The competitors were made up of 12 Labs and 4 Goldens. Enormous thanks must go to the many helpers who once again put on a great driven trial.
RESULTS
1st Place and the SGRS Perpetual Trophy for the Winner, Gunnerspeg Galvenised (Lab dog) handled by Pieter Vivijs.
2nd Place to Movenna Acorn At Peterspond (Lab dog) handled by Karen Handley.
3rd Place to Cornwood Glorifation (Lab dog) handled by Keith Broomfield.
CoM to Pridingpoint Firebird (Lab dog) handled by Henriette Fletcher.
Also the Camrose Evenpatrol Trophy for the Best Golden Retriever and the Sandicliffe Trophy for Guns Choice all went to Elkshead Arran To Think Twice (GR dog) handled by Laura Lazzaretto.
