We held our A.V Retriever Novice Field Trial at Hawstead Farm, Hursley, Winchester with kind permission of Dan Gradidge.
Judges were Robert Worrall, Matt Gould, Martin Bagg and Sue Jordan. Mary Hogg was dog steward.
The competitors were made up of 10 Labs and 6 Goldens. Enormous thanks must go to all the helpers who once again put on a great driven trial.
1st Place and the SGRS Perpetual Trophy for the Winner was awarded to Abbotsleigh Niger (lab dog) owned and handled by Pieter Vivijs.
2nd Place went to Elmertown Blazer Of SussexSharp (lab dog) owned and handled by Reuben Corbett.
CoM and The Camrose Evenpatrol Trophy for the Best Golden Retriever and the Sandicliffe Trophy for Guns Choice went to Think Twice One Shot (GR dog) owned and handled by Fay Drewry.
CoM also to Kerrabrah Nelly (lab b) bred, owned and handled by Jan Abrahams.
